The reverse osmosis purified water equipment with a water output of 1 ton/hour can meet the requirements of high-efficiency filling lines. Commonly used in distilleries, but also applicable to other production and living areas that require purified water.

1、 Plan Overview:

This process plan is formulated based on user requirements, with the principles of reliable system operation and economic rationality, using relevant design standards and specifications, combined with our company's years of engineering experience, using urban tap water as the raw water source.

2 tons/hour purified water equipment

The system adopts the "pretreatment+single-stage reverse osmosis" water treatment process, which is designed reasonably, runs stably, and the quality of the produced water meets the requirements. It has been applied and tested in multiple similar projects.

The equipment is easy to install, use, operate, and maintain; Characteristics such as stable operation, energy saving, environmental protection, high degree of automation, and economic practicality.

2、 Design Description 2.1 Design Basis

1) Raw water source: municipal tap water

2) Raw water quality: see user water quality analysis report

3) User requirement: Water production rate ≥ 1 ton/h (25 ℃), effluent quality meets the water quality standards for direct drinking water;

4) System water production requirements: The conductivity of the purified water produced can be fully maintained below the national standard of 10us/cm, ensuring that the purified water used for direct drinking meets the national requirements for bottled purified water GB17323-1998 "Standard for Bottled Purified Water".

5) The design and manufacturing of control equipment, measuring instruments, and electrical equipment comply with relevant regulations and standards.

2.2 Equipment Features

1) Based on the characteristics of the project's raw water and combined with existing experience, mature, reliable, and technologically advanced treatment processes will be adopted while ensuring that the effluent meets the standards.

2) The system operation requires low energy consumption and low cost.

3) The system equipment adopts a standardized, modular, and systematic design approach for quick installation and future system maintenance.

4) The selection of equipment is based on the principles of advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and reliability, high efficiency and energy saving, and minimizing maintenance costs as much as possible.

5) The automation control equipment and main detection instruments and meters shall be selected from advanced foreign products or well-known domestic brands. The selection of equipment, instruments, and control systems has been verified to be reliable and stable in operation; The entire system design is simple, reasonable, and easy to operate.

6) The scheme design is reasonable, the operation is stable, and the quality of the produced water meets the design requirements. It has been applied and tested in multiple similar projects.
