The machine model can be divided into two parts in terms of external structure: a pipe management machine and a filling machine. The outer jacket is sorted and enters the pipe management turntable. When the pipes to be filled are sent to the filling machine by the conveyor belt, the working mechanism sends the pipes to the main working turntable. The photoelectric detection sensor detects whether the gel tube to be filled exists, which is used to decide whether to fill (with tube, without tube, no filling). The filling gun automatically moves down into the tube, and gel is automatically injected into the tube. The cap is sorted by the automatic cap dropping mechanism and enters the automatic cap dropping station in sequence.
