Digital Oil and Gas Field Energy Management System
ISmartRTU 3 complies with the requirements of QSY 10722 "Specification for the Construction of IoT Systems in Oil and Gas Production". ZigBee communication - collects sensor data such as load position/oil pressure/sleeve pressure, supports long-distance communication between master/slave well sensing equipment. Rich IO interfaces - connect various sensing signals and the operating status of the pumping unit, and forward the data to the digital oil and gas field energy management system. Control the start and stop of the pumping unit through iSmartRTU 3, and also support energy-saving control, over limit protection and other functions.
Platform main control layer: The centralized control center and energy management platform software function applications complete data analysis, management, storage, and display. Network transmission layer: RTU is the core device of the transmission network, realizing data aggregation, uploading data, and receiving control commands. Application in oil production wells
ISmartRTU 3 real-time collects production data of oil wells (oil casing pressure, oil temperature, three-phase electrical parameters, load, displacement, etc.), comprehensively monitors and analyzes oil production equipment, and uploads the collected data to the monitoring center through wireless means. It can display power diagram data list, analyze working conditions, and push alarms for abnormal situations. And it has remote start stop function, realizing low/medium/high speed control, remote start extraction, power on start extraction, intermittent extraction control, empty extraction control, energy-saving control, and process parameter over limit shutdown protection.

Application in water distribution room
The water distribution room is mostly equipped with high-pressure control valves, which have low efficiency in manual adjustment, and there are fluctuations in the power grid or water injection dry pressure, affecting the water injection volume. ISmarRTU 3 can collect production parameters such as pressure, instantaneous water volume, and cumulative water volume from sensing devices at each manifold, and upload them to the monitoring data center. The operator sets the water injection volume well for the manifold according to the production conditions and issues adjustment instructions to iSmartRTU 3. The water injection volume is controlled remotely by adjusting the opening of the electric valve.
