1. The water pump motor must rotate evenly and flexibly without any jamming phenomenon. The water pump and motor should be aligned, connected directly through a coupling, and the machine and pump should be connected as a whole with bolts, and the top screw should be tightened.
2. Open the exhaust and water injection plugs, fill the motor with clean water to prevent false filling, tighten the plugs, and there should be no water leakage.
3. Check that the diameter of the water well, static water depth, and power supply system meet the requirements.
4. The inlet of the water pump must be below one meter of the dynamic water level, but the diving depth must not exceed seventy meters below the static water level. The lower end of the motor should be at least one meter away from the bottom of the well.
5. The rated power rate is less than or equal to 15KW (25KW when the power supply allows), and the motor adopts full voltage starting. Electric motors greater than 15KW adopt voltage reduction starting.
6. The insulation measured with a 500 volt megohmmeter should not be lower than 150 megohms.
7. Install protective switches and starting devices. Instantly start the motor (no more than one second) and check if the motor's direction of rotation matches the direction label. If it is opposite, swap any two power connectors. Then put on the wire guard and water filter. Prepare to go down the well. When connecting the motor and water pump to test the direction of rotation, it is necessary to inject clean water from the pump outlet and wait for the water to flow out of the inlet joint before starting.
8. Firstly, install a pump pipe section on the outlet of the pump, clamp it with a clamp, lift it into the well, and place the clamp on the well platform. Then use another pair to clamp another section of the water supply pipe, lift it up, lower it and connect it with the flange of the pump pipe. Add a rubber pad in the middle and tighten it diagonally with bolts evenly. Lift the lifting chain and remove the first clamp plate, so that the pump pipe can be lowered to the second clamp plate and fall on the well platform. Repeat the installation process in sequence until all parts are installed, then place the manhole cover. Do not remove the last set of clamps and place them on the manhole cover.
9. Install, bend pipes, gate valves, water outlets, etc., and add corresponding sealing gaskets.
10. The cable should be fixed in the groove of the flange of the water supply pipe and secured with a binding rope. During the process of going down the well, be careful not to damage the cable.
11. If there is any jamming during the pumping process, do not forcefully lower the pump to avoid jamming.
12. Adopt the forced protection measure of "wire binding from the motor base to the pump pipe". To prevent accidents from happening.
13. Electric pumps are not allowed to be used lying down or tilted.
