20G flangeIt is a pipe fitting used to connect pressure and higher parameter boilers, and also has applications in low-temperature section superheaters, reheaters, economizers, and water-cooled walls.

For example, 20G small-diameter pipes are used for heating surface pipes with wall temperature ≤ 500 ℃, as well as water-cooled wall pipes, economizer pipes, etc., while 20G large-diameter pipes are used for steam pipelines, headers (economizer, water-cooled wall, low-temperature superheater and reheater headers) with wall temperature ≤ 450 ℃, and pipeline accessories with medium temperature ≤ 450 ℃. Due to the imminent graphitization of carbon steel during prolonged operation above 450 ℃, it is recommended to limit its long-term use as a heating surface tube to temperatures below 450 ℃. At this temperature scale, the strength of this steel can meet the requirements of superheaters and steam pipelines, and it has outstanding anti-oxidation function, excellent plasticity resistance, welding function and other cold and hot processing functions, making it widely used.
