1. A vacuum pump is a basic equipment used to remove gas from a specific seal and obtain a certain degree of vacuum in the container. 2. Due to the fact that vacuum pumps are made of black metal and are relatively precise, the entire operation of the pump is linked to oil. Therefore, it is not suitable for extracting various gases that contain high oxygen, are toxic, explosive, corrode black metal, or have chemical effects on vacuum oil. It cannot be used as a compressor or transfer pump. If there is a pump with a gas control device, a certain amount of condensable vapor can be extracted.
3. Vacuum pumps can be used to directly obtain vacuum operations with a vacuum degree below 10-3 Torr, as well as to cooperate with other vacuum equipment to obtain vacuum effects with a vacuum degree above 10-3 Torr.

1. Check the oil level. The oil level should be at the center of the oil gauge. If the oil level is too low, it will not seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree; Excessive oil level can cause fuel injection during start-up. Before operation, remove the V-belt and adjust the motor direction before starting to avoid fuel injection. During operation, the oil level slightly increases, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil level is insufficient, use the No. 1 vacuum pump to add oil through the filling hole. The oil needs to be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2. If an electromagnetic valve is installed at the pump port of the 2X vacuum pump, it should operate simultaneously with the pump
3. When starting the 2X vacuum pump, the start button should be pressed once or twice to allow the oil pressure in the pump chamber to reach the oil tank, and then it can be officially started and operated.
4. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated steam increases, which can cause a decrease in the ultimate vacuum. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened.
5. To check the maximum vacuum of the pump, a compression mercury vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be directly connected to the pump port, and within 30 minutes of operation, it will reach the maximum vacuum.
6. Before stopping the 2X vacuum pump, the valve at the suction port should be closed to isolate it from the vacuum system, and then the pump should be stopped.
7. When a pump with a gas ballast valve is pumping gas containing a large amount of condensable steam, the gas ballast valve should be opened

1. Keep the belt type rotary vane vacuum pump clean to prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Check the oil contamination once a week. Before changing the oil, the 2X belt rotary vane vacuum pump must run for 30 minutes to make the oil thinner, then stop the pump, drain the oil from the drain hole, and open the air inlet to run for 1-2 minutes. At this time, a small amount of clean oil can be slowly added from the air inlet to replace the oil in the oil chamber.
3. Diesel, gasoline, and other oils with high saturated vapor pressure should not be mixed into the oil to avoid reducing the ultimate vacuum. When disassembling and cleaning the parts inside the pump, it is generally sufficient to wipe them with gauze. When cleaning is necessary, gasoline can be used for scrubbing, but it must be dried before assembly.
4. If the 2X vacuum pump is not used for a long time, the oil should be drained and the pump should be cleaned before injecting new oil
5. The filter screen at the inlet of the 2X rotary vane vacuum pump should be kept clean to prevent a decrease in pumping speed.
