2XZ type direct coupled rotary bladevacuum pumpScope of use
1. A pump is a basic device for obtaining vacuum, which can be used alone or as a pre pump and pre pump for various high vacuum systems.
2. The pump inlet shall operate continuously with open air for no more than three minutes.
3. Pumps are not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, or contain explosive gases with high oxygen content.
4. Pumps shall not be used as compression pumps or delivery pumps.
5. The working environment of the pump: within the temperature range of 5 ℃ -40 ℃, with a relative temperature not exceeding 90% and an inlet pressure less than 1333Pa, it is allowed to operate continuously for a long time.
6. When installing the power supply, follow the wiring instructions on the motor label and ensure that the direction of motor rotation is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the support.
7. The diameter of the pipeline for continuous pumping of containers should not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and the pipeline should be short and have fewer bends, while paying attention to pipeline leakage.
8. Before starting each time, pay attention to checking the oil level, and it is advisable to fill the oil to a height of 4/5 of the diameter of the oil gauge glass when stopping the pump.
9. The pump oil used is clean SY1634-701 vacuum pump oil.
10. The pump can be started once under atmospheric or any vacuum level. If the XZ-1 single-stage pump has difficulty starting, the intake pipe plug cap can be removed to start and then put into operation.

Malfunctions and troubleshooting
1. Low ultimate vacuum and its elimination
(1) The oil level is too low and there is a loud exhaust sound. Clean vacuum pump oil can be added.
(2) The pump oil is contaminated by condensable steam, and can be purified by opening the gas valve or replaced with new oil.
(3) Leakage of external pipelines, containers, testing instrument pipelines, joints, etc. at the pump port. When there is a large leak, there is a loud exhaust sound and air is discharged from the exhaust port. The leaking part should be identified and eliminated.
(4) Improper assembly, damage or aging of the rubber seal diagram of the intake nozzle or gas damper valve should be adjusted or replaced.
(5) The oil inlet hole is blocked. You can pull out the oil inlet and clear the oil hole.
(6) The vacuum system is severely contaminated, including containers, pipelines, etc., and should be cleaned.
(7) The rotary spring is broken and should be replaced.
(8) If the rotor, pump body or cover is worn and the clearance is too large, it should be inspected, repaired or replaced.
(9) The pump temperature is too high, ventilation and cooling should be improved. If the temperature of the extracted gas is too high, it should be cooled first before entering the pump.
2. Fuel injection
(1) If the oil level is too high, excess oil can be added or removed.
(2) If there is pump oil or debris in the defogger, it should be removed.
3. Oil leakage
Oil drain plug, damaged or improperly assembled fuel tank gasket, tightened screws;
The oil label is not tightened, and the organic glass is overheated and deformed;
The connecting gasket between the pump body components and the support is not properly padded;
Improper assembly or wear of oil seals; Should be adjusted or replaced.
4. Noise
(1) The spiral spring is broken, and the spring can be replaced.
(2) If there are burrs, dirt or deformations, and there are obstacles in operation, they should be inspected, polished and cleaned.
(3) Bearing wear and component wear. Should be repaired or replaced.
(4) The motor has a problem and should be inspected.
5. Return oil
(1) The check valve is not closed properly, and after stopping the pump, the oil level quickly drops. You can open and stop it again, observe the changes or disassemble it for inspection.
(2) Improper assembly or wear of the oil seals inside the two pump covers can be replaced.
(3) The pump cover or pump body surface is uneven and can be repaired.
(4) The exhaust valve plate is damaged and should be replaced.
Note:
Check the maximum vacuum of the pump using a compression mercury vacuum gauge.
