1、 Briefly describe

Based on the demand of domestic and international markets, our company has developed a small glass bottle beer filling and capping machine, as well as a plastic bottle beer filling and capping machine with a capacity of 3.8 liters to 12 liters. Mainly suitable for large hotels, bars, and beer production enterprises. It has the advantages of high automation, simple operation, convenient use, and small footprint.

2、 Characteristics

1. The machine has a high degree of automation. It uses a servo system to automatically send the bottles placed in the bottle mold on the conveyor line to the washing and filling positions. After completion, the bottles are automatically sent out, and the entire production process is completed automatically. Except for bottle loading, capping, and packing, the rest is completed automatically by the machine.

2. Wide applicability: The machine adopts a fixed bottle mold structure for conveying, and a bottleneck structure for bottle washing, filling, and capping, which can adapt to various shapes and sizes of bottles. At the same time, the filling volume can be easily adjusted.

3. The filling structure is scientifically reasonable: the machine uses CO2 to drive the air from the bottom of the bottle out of the bottle. During filling, beer also comes out from the filling nozzle deep into the bottom of the bottle, effectively preventing foaming, boiling and other phenomena during filling. At the same time, the return air returns to the reflux cylinder instead of the conventional filling cylinder during filling, which can effectively reduce the PPO content of beer.

4. The whole machine adopts a closed structure, and an air purification device is installed on the top of the machine. The filling part of the machine is equipped with ultraviolet lamps for irradiation. Minimize environmental pollution during beer filling to the greatest extent possible.

5. There is a complete CIP cleaning system; All parts of this machine that come into contact with beer are made of high-quality stainless steel materials, and the CO2 pipeline is also made of high-quality stainless steel pipes, which can adapt to the cleaning of high-temperature cleaning solutions and leave no hygiene dead corners.
