The working principle of precision table scales with RS232 communication mainly includes the following parts:

(1) Precision table scale: A precision table scale is a high-precision electronic scale that can accurately measure the mass of objects. It usually uses strain gauges or capacitive sensors as measuring elements, which have high measurement accuracy and stability.

(2) RS232 communication interface: RS232 communication interface is a serial communication protocol used for data transmission between computers and external devices. Through the RS232 communication interface, the precision table scale can send real-time measured quality data to the computer for storage and analysis.

  1. Instructions for use

When using a precision table scale to record chemical experiments on a minute by minute basis, the following steps need to be followed:

(1) Installation and calibration: Firstly, place the precision table scale on a stable horizontal surface and ensure that it is in good contact with the ground. Then, turn on the power and calibrate the precision table scale according to the instructions to achieve the best working condition.

(2) Connect RS232 communication interface: Connect the RS232 communication interface of the precision table scale to the serial port of the computer. Ensure that the connecting cable is not damaged and correctly inserted into the port.

(3) Start experiment: Before starting the experiment, check if all devices are working properly. Then, start the experiment and observe whether the quality data on the precision table scale is updated in real-time according to the set time interval.

(4) Data analysis: After the experiment is completed, the collected quality data will be imported into the computer for analysis. By comparing quality data at different time points, we can understand the changes in quality during chemical reactions, providing a basis for further research.
