1、 Equipment usage

This equipment is mainly suitable for the baking treatment of powder materials (such as lithium iron phosphate) for new energy power batteries under a protective atmosphere, as well as the production processes such as rubber extrusion, pre firing, sintering, and annealing of electronic ceramic components (PTC, NTC).

This equipment has the characteristics of no metal impurity pollution, excellent energy-saving performance, high degree of automation, and low oxygen content, making it an ideal equipment for large-scale industrial production in China.

1. Reject metal contamination: The heating element adopts a resistance wire with a protective cover, effectively avoiding contact between the resistance wire and the material, and also preventing the reaction products generated by the corrosion of the resistance wire from contaminating the material.

2. Adopting pre vacuum mode: using a mechanical pump to evacuate and shorten the time for the gas chamber atmosphere to be established, effectively reducing nitrogen consumption and greatly increasing equipment output.

3. Low energy consumption of the equipment: By using a mechanical pump to evacuate, the air inside the chamber is quickly extracted, eliminating the need to introduce a large amount of nitrogen to remove the air inside the chamber and effectively reducing nitrogen consumption.

4. High material consistency: The sintering time of the materials is consistent, resulting in high product consistency.
