Before placing the sampler into the well, a high-pressure hand pump should be used to pressurize the sampler to prevent water from flowing into it when it is lowered into the well Once the required depth is reached, the pressure is released and the hydrostatic pressure directly pours water from the sampling area into the sampler A floating check ball inside the 1.66-inch sampler can prevent water from entering the tube, thereby avoiding cleaning the tube
