1. New weight management system - In the past, operators had to manually lift heavier weights and transport them to the piston rod of the melt index meter for installation. By borrowing the ergonomic principles of gym equipment, Dynisco has achieved the function of consolidating all weights into one and allowing for easy replacement of load weights by moving the selector pointer to the next slot position.

2 new touch screen displays - replaced by a larger backlit touch screen with a 2-line vacuum fluorescent display screen, which is easy to program and provides visual test status and results.

3 New Digital Encoders - The digital encoder supports more accurate measurement of piston displacement under Method B. The LMFI melt index meter can automatically determine the mark length based on the movement speed of the encoder.

4 Universal USB Interface - with 3 USD ports (1 primary port, 2 secondary ports), users can connect to the device to achieve network, printing device, weighing measurement, and data storage functions.

5 . LaVa software component - The new melt index meter can provide more digital forms of data. Not only does it include melt index, but it also includes shear stress, shear rate, viscosity, apparent density of the melt, and various testing conditions. This optional software can record the above test values and issue various reports.

6 Convenient pressing machine - can avoid inconsistent pressing of resin samples, thereby avoiding data discrepancies.
