According to Article 13.4 of the regulations, products that meet the production scope of D-class boilers do not require independent boiler rooms, installation notices, and installation supervision inspections.



1. Control System: Equipped with an advanced LCD display microcomputer control system independently developed by Rolls Royce, it truly achieves one click operation and can set automatic feeding, ignition, air blowing, and induced draft program parameters. The large and small fire 5 levels can be directly adjusted. Some products are equipped with frequency converters for user-friendly control.
2. Feeding system: The feeding system is a two-stage double helix spiral feeding system. The first stage feeding is used to control the fuel feeding amount and ensure the reasonable supply of fuel. The second stage feeding ensures that there is no excess fuel in the feeding rod during operation. A gap is formed between the first and second stage feeding to prevent backfire and ensure safe operation. At the same time, the load of the feeding system is reduced to minimize faults. Some products are equipped with dedicated reciprocating pushing devices to increase the area of fuel spreading on the furnace grate and burn more completely.
3. Ignition system: The automatic igniter adopts a silicon nitride high-temperature heating device, which has fast ignition speed and high efficiency.
4. Induced draft system: The induced draft fan of the Rolls Royce biomass boiler adopts a Rolls Royce special low-noise, high-temperature resistant long shaft motor; Equipped with imported bearings, it has a long service life and stable operation.
5. Combustion system: The LaoShiTe special type built-in biomass burner adopts a unique three sided, vertical circulating oxygen supply and air distribution technology. The air distribution is complete, the fuel combustion is complete, and the semi gasification effect is good. The combustion achieves smoke-free, dust-free, and odorless effects. The main combustion furnace and heat exchange furnace both use vertical smoke tube type, increasing the heat exchange area and making the boiler thermal efficiency as high as 95%.
6. Safe use: The LaoShiTe series biomass boiler products always prioritize the safe operation of users. The boiler is equipped with temperature sensing probes, low water level protection, overheating protection, and secondary feeder anti backfire devices to ensure user safety.

9. Operating costs: The operating costs of boilers are only one-third of those of oil and gas boilers and one-fifth of those of electric boilers.
10. The boiler adopts overall insulation, with good insulation effect and exquisite and beautiful appearance.
