500ZLB-100 Axial Flow Pump

The ZLB series axial flow pump is a vertical semi adjustable blade axial flow pump. The blade installation angle can be manually adjusted in advance during pump assembly according to the requirements of the operating conditions, so that the water pump can operate normally in the high-efficiency zone and achieve higher efficiency of the water pump unit. This series of pumps has diameters of 350, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200 or even larger, with a flow rate of 700-18000 cubic meters per hour and a head of 1.5-10 meters. The water pump consists of two parts: the pump body and the transmission part. During installation, the water pump foundation and the transmission (motor) foundation are installed. The concentricity requirements for these two parts are high and should be installed by professionals. The installation height (height difference between the two foundation parts) is determined by the design department based on local water level changes. This type of water pump has a low head and high flow rate, suitable for sucking and delivering clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The high temperature of the sucked liquid is 50 ° C, mainly used for agricultural irrigation, industrial thermal power plant transportation of circulating water, urban water supply and drainage, dock water level lifting or other water engineering water use, with a wide range of applications.
