Product Description

Execution standard: This thermostatic water tank is a specially designed product for users, and the manufacturing process follows the Q/XCCKY003-2001 "Electric Thermostatic Water Tank" standard.
This standard has been reviewed and filed for medical device standards by the Beijing Medical Products Administration, with reference number YYH2967.
This standard is registered with the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, with registration number XC0066-003.

■ Scope of application
Used for constant temperature in laboratories such as production, scientific research, hospitals, and metrology departments.
■ Working principle
This product uses electricity as its energy source, water as its medium, and is heated by an electric heating tube. Through the control of the temperature display controller, when the temperature of the aqueous medium reaches the set temperature value, the control circuit automatically cuts off the power and the electric heating tube stops heating; When the temperature value of the aqueous medium is lower than the set temperature value, the control circuit automatically turns on the power, starts the electric heating tube to reheat, and the temperature value of the aqueous medium reaches the set temperature value again. This automatic and repetitive operation keeps the temperature of the water medium constant, thus achieving the required temperature for use.
Main structure
It consists of a box body, inner liner, upper cover, shelf, electric heating tube, and intelligent digital temperature controller.
■ Material selection
The box material is A3 steel plate.
The inner liner, upper cover liner, and shelf material are made of foreign grade SUS304 stainless steel plate.
The surface of the box is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder, and the exposed part of the stainless steel is polished to provide anti-corrosion and decorative effects.
