1. Product Introduction:

A sewage treatment system that integrates sewage collection, storage, and discharge enhancement for villas, clubs, hotels, residences, commercial centers, airports, high-speed rail stations, public buildings, and other facilities. It can be used to collect and lift sewage from basements, toilets, showers, washbasins, laundry rooms, etc. It can also be used to collect and lift condensate water from air conditioners.

2. Product features:

(1) Adopting SUS304 stainless steel material and imported high-quality PE material, it has corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, sturdy structure, and durability.

(2) The water pump adopts a large channel impeller, greatly improving the ability of pollutants to pass through. The new internal circulation design ensures that the pump will not burn out the motor even when running idle without water.

(3) Backwash structure: Sewage can smoothly enter the tank, while dirt is intercepted in the backwash chamber. With the high-pressure drainage of the water pump, the dirt is discharged into the sewage pipe network along with the water.

(4) Self cleaning function for flushing inside the tank: The water pump operates to perform self-cleaning flushing on the water tank while draining water, and also flushes the bottom of the water pump to form a vortex of sludge and sediment at the bottom of the tank, which quickly enters the pump and is discharged outside the tank.

(5) Safe water inlet device: The elevator can still allow sewage to enter the tank even if the inlet branch pipe is blocked, avoiding overflow incidents caused by pipeline blockage.

(6) The intelligent controller comprehensively protects the sewage lifting system, and the liquid level controller adopts dual liquid level float ball control, with more accurate liquid level control points.

(7) The sewage lifting equipment without backwashing device is equipped with a cutting type sewage pump and an automatic coupling device, which can effectively chop up impurities and debris and lift them to the main sewage pipeline.
