Purpose: Suitable for rewinding adhesive tapes for various industrial/electronic and packaging purposes.

Features: 2-segment length setting, precise winding length. When the set length is reached, the dual axis will be automatically switched.

Using high-performance programmable controllers, the overall rewinding operation is extremely easy to control. Length counting and tension control are precision LED displays.

Adopting a pneumatic paper tube fixing design, the paper tube is firm, easy and fast to load and unload, greatly improving efficiency.

Automatic tail paper smoothing device (optional equipment), eliminating wrinkles or bubbles after rewinding. Ensure smooth and seamless rewinding of finished products.

Hydraulic (or pneumatic) feeding mechanism (optional equipment), providing simple and easy raw material feeding operation.

The pressing wheel is controlled by a cylinder and the pressure level is adjustable. Press the semi-finished product appropriately to ensure that it is extremely smooth and stable during the rewinding process.
