9-hole oil bath pot

This product is customized with a square oil tank, and the inner pot is made of a whole piece of stainless steel welded together. Two electric heating tubes are installed in the middle of the oil clamping groove, with fast heating and an adjustable range of room temperature of 300 ℃. They are controlled by a microcomputer temperature control instrument.

The kettle body is made of high-quality 316L material, which is repeatedly forged in a red furnace through multiple layers of complex heat treatment processes to enhance the density and tensile strength of the material. High pressure special bolts are selected and tightened firmly (which cannot be compared with traditional ordinary rods or casting processes) for high-temperature and high-pressure synthesis. The heater is made of fully enclosed stainless steel, with a power supply of 220V and a power of 1500W. It is equipped with a multi-stage temperature rise and fall microcomputer instrument control, with high measurement accuracy. This design completely solves the danger of overpressure when using high-pressure energy in the constant pressure section, further improving safety and achieving dual pressure protection. Needle valves are equipped with high-temperature and high-pressure resistant, customized micro needle probes that can be directly inserted into the kettle to measure temperature. They are only used in reactors for hydrothermal synthesis of chemical substances under certain temperature and pressure conditions. It is widely used in scientific research experiments in fields such as new materials, energy, and environmental engineering, and is a commonly used small-scale reactor for university teaching and research institutions.

Add oil to the pot according to the required capacity. The amount of oil added must exceed the heater to avoid burning out the electric heating tube. Also, be careful to add too much oil to avoid spilling out of the pot and causing unnecessary losses, as well as unsafe consequences of inversion.
