The A8-PT1000S fully automatic pellet press is an automatic equipment used for testing the strength of pellets and sintered ores. It adopts a servo control system and the product complies with GB/T14201-2018 "Determination of compressive strength of iron pellets for blast furnaces and direct reduction", ISO4700 and other standards for testing.

1. The ball crushing device adopts a servo control system, which can adjust a fixed speed between 10mm/min and 20mm/min at a constant speed during the entire test period. The national standard recommends 15mm/min ± 1mm/min to make the test data more accurate Accurate is beneficial for ensuring the qualification rate and reproducibility of the samples. The servo control system can be used continuously and efficiently for a long time, with good stability.

2. When the equipment meets any of the following conditions, the test ends and the maximum compressive strength value under the highest load is obtained during the test. (a) The load drops to 50% of the recorded maximum load value, or there is a higher than recorded maximum load again; (b) The spacing between the pressure plates is reduced to 50% of the initial average particle size of the sample.
