The introduction of the TZIDC-120 series ABB valve positioner has enabled advanced tools for digital communication of on-site actuators and integrated management of the entire factory. TZID/TZID-C breaks through the traditional locator concept, using TEIP11 as the core component, combined with microprocessor technology, and built-in communication function. Through installation, it is suitable for controlling rotary and straight stroke valves, with high positioning accuracy and a large stroke range: straight stroke: 20~150mm, rotary type: up to 125 degrees. Gas capacity ≥ 13.5kg/hour, gas consumption ≤ 0.03kg/hour, simplified debugging through automatic zero/range adjustment. Using sensor technology for temperature and position compensation, with anti vibration capability up to 10g, 10-150Hz; Excellent features with a temperature range of -40~+85 ° C. Real time communication between the site and the control room can be established through HART or Profibus/FF communication interfaces, allowing for parameter adjustment and status monitoring. The output characteristics of the free configuration can greatly improve the output characteristics of the ball valve/disc valve, and an inexpensive ball valve/disc valve+intelligent valve positioner can be used to simultaneously achieve the characteristics of a shut-off valve and a regulating valve.
