The start screen displays all the functions that the user needs to use when entering the venue. They can join Skype business meetings without searching for any links or meeting invitations, perform various venue scheduling tasks, and view web pages, cloud storage, or USB files with the built-in file browser. Acendo Core simplifies scheduling. The start screen integrates directly with Microsoft Exchange to display room status. You can easily book a room, browse and book nearby rooms through the start screen. At the end of the meeting, a prompt may even be issued to facilitate users to extend their time, find another room, or end the meeting in a timely manner to ensure that the next group of people meets on time.
