1. Product Introduction
AFS-680 reduces the excitation angle between the light source and PMT based on the original model, which not only increases the received fluorescence signal intensity but also reduces background interference, thereby improving instrument sensitivity.
The front door of the instrument adopts a semi transparent and corrosion-resistant ABS magnetic structure, which avoids the interference of external air circulation and allows for online observation of the chemical reaction during the testing process.
Adding a split signal control module to the circuit ensures no inter channel interference even when there is a significant difference in the concentration of the two elements measured in the sample during dual channel simultaneous measurement. Especially suitable for testing departments with large sample sizes and simultaneous dual channel measurements.

Interference and elimination methods
(1)Fe、Al、Mg、Ca、K、Na、Cu、Pb、Li、Rb、Cs、Mn、W、Mo、V、Sr、Ti、Sn、Ba、Ti、Cd、Co、Ni、Cr、Ge、Ga、In Do not interfere with the measurement.
(2) The formation of hydride elements As, Sb, and Bi does not interfere with the determination if the concentration does not exceed 500 μ g/mL.
(3) Au<5 μ g/mL and Ag<25 μ g/mL do not interfere with the determination.
(4) When elements such as Au, Ag, Pt, and Pd interfere, adding thiourea can eliminate the interference of precious metals, reducing the concentration of KBH4, or adding iron salts can also alleviate the interference of these elements.
Hydride generation system
Adopting a multifunctional reaction module that highly integrates functions such as hydrogenation reaction, gas-liquid separation, and waste liquid removal. The large amount of bubbles generated during the testing of inorganic arsenic has a significant impact on the test results. The multifunctional reaction module can effectively reduce air bubbles, simplify pipelines, and minimize fault points. It can be directly plugged in and removed, bringing convenience to the operation and maintenance of instruments.
Sample injection system
The use of continuous flow injection and dual peristaltic pump injection greatly improves testing efficiency, which is 3-4 times more efficient than traditional injection methods. Testing a sample three times with data only takes 30 seconds
