The AGV intelligent charging station is an intelligent charging device developed by our company based on the charging technology requirements of lithium iron phosphate battery packs for intelligent robots. The device adopts a programmable controller as the main control unit and a 7-inch color LCD touch screen as the human-machine exchange platform; The main circuit adopts a high-frequency switching power supply circuit, which is characterized by light weight, small size, high efficiency, and high precision in voltage and current regulation. The entire equipment is easy to operate, reliable in operation, fully protected, highly automated, and provides automatic telescopic function.

To achieve good results, it is necessary to ensure a high utilization rate of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs). Therefore, AGV driving batteries and battery charging have become a problem. With the development of high-power batteries, it is now possible to allow batteries to be charged quickly within seconds. This technology enables AGVs to complete charging without leaving the production line during production. The battery charging device can be installed anywhere in the entire production process system that allows AGV to stop (such as segmented transportation area, turning area, loading stop area, etc.). The signage should be integrated with the existing layout as much as possible.

The battery charging device consists of a brush plate and a brush block. The brush plate is installed on the ground or can be mounted on the side of the AGV track with a bracket, while the brush block is installed on the vehicle. The factory power supply provides power to the brush board. Once the AGV reaches the charging position and the brush block comes into contact with the brush board, it will charge the AGV. The sliding in/out slope on the brush board can help the brush block smoothly enter or exit. The brush installed on the brush block can sweep away the residue on the brush board, and the working voltage of the battery charging device is 12-80V. When the rated voltage is greater than 25VAC or 60VDC, a protective device must be installed to avoid accidental contact.
