AK-RSQT thermal gas mass flowmeter is an instrument that uses the principle of thermal conduction to measure flow rate. This instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure the gas mass flow rate. It has the advantages of small size, high degree of digitization, easy installation, and accurate measurement.

The sensor part consists of two reference level platinum resistance temperature sensors. Using a bridge loop, one sensor measures flow temperature while the other maintains a constant temperature difference above the fluid temperature, allowing for flow measurement under high temperature and high pressure conditions.

The thermal gas mass flowmeter has the following technical advantages:

A true mass flowmeter that does not require temperature and pressure compensation for gas flow measurement, making measurement convenient and accurate. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate of the gas can be obtained.

1) Loosen the retaining nut on the instrument sensor connecting rod, so that the sensor storage chamber connecting nut can slide along the sensor connecting rod towards the sensor direction, allowing the sensor to fully retract into the sensor storage chamber connecting nut.

2) Tighten the sensor storage chamber connection nut onto the dedicated ball valve (a sealing gasket needs to be added between them before screwing in)

3) Open the dedicated ball valve and insert the sensor connecting rod into the pipeline until the retaining nut can be locked with the chamber type connecting nut.

4) Rotate the sensor link to align the marked arrow with the direction of medium flow, and tighten the locking nut. 5) Change the direction of the converter. If the direction of the display screen cannot meet the requirements of the on-site display angle, the direction of the display screen can be changed, and the display head can rotate in six horizontal directions. Cut off the power, open the front cover of the converter, remove the connection between the sensor and the converter. The wiring positions of the 4 groups of 6 wires are arranged from left to right as [two red wires per group], [one red wire per group], [one yellow wire per group], and [two yellow wires per group]. We have already divided the groups at the factory. Loosen the flange of the meter head (unscrew 6 M6 hexagon socket screws), and slowly move the meter head (be careful not to drop the meter head). When it is convenient to observe, re fix the flange and connect the sensor and converter wires. Close the front cover tightly and connect the power supply.

6) If you are installing this instrument horizontally, the display screen can be flexibly installed at 90 ° 180 ° 270 ° to meet your actual on-site needs.

1) Please confirm the actual inner diameter and wall thickness of the pipeline before installing the simplified thermal gas mass flowmeter.

2) Install the remaining parts of the hot gas mass flowmeter together into a dedicated ball valve, and calculate the depth to be inserted based on the actual inner diameter and wall thickness of the pipeline. This step can insert an approximate size and tighten the nut by hand. 3) Rotate the sensor link so that the marked arrow is in the same direction as the flow of the medium.

4) According to the data measured on site, calculate the corresponding scale on the sensor connecting rod and tighten the nut. 5) If you are installing this instrument horizontally, the display screen can be flexibly installed at 90 ° 180 ° 270 ° to meet your actual on-site needs. Refer to Appendix 3 for the full tube type thermal gas mass flowmeter. Please confirm again before pre installation. The connection method of the pipe section, prepare flange connection related items such as gaskets and bolts, etc. Before installation, the production must be stopped and the relevant regulations of the factory must be strictly followed. The full tube type instrument has already correctly assembled the sensor on the dedicated pipe section before leaving the factory. Users only need to assemble the pipeline to the site, so it is simpler to install it on site compared to the on-site insertion type. First, select the appropriate installation point on the pipeline, and then cut the pipeline according to the length of the necessary matching pipe section, install the corresponding flanges and bolts. The fluid flow rate should be consistent with the flow identification marked on the full tube type thermal gas mass flowmeter. And the display screen should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the axis of the pipeline should be parallel to the horizontal plane, and the error should not exceed ± 2.5 °. Finally, the instrument should be locked with bolts.
