ALPHA Alpha Explosion proof Differential Pressure Transmitter SensorThe core component of the Model 168 series micro differential pressure sensor is a capacitive pressure sensitive element, consisting of a stainless steel diaphragm and a fixed electrode forming a capacitor whose value varies with pressure. The sensor sensitive components and detection circuits carefully designed using our company's special technology ensure good temperature performance and long-term stability of the product.
The Model 168 adopts a metal aluminum shell and complies with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Level 4 (IP-65) standard. The Model 168EX meets intrinsic safety requirements and has an explosion-proof rating of ia II CT4.
ALPHA Alpha Explosion proof Differential Pressure Transmitter SensorThe Model 168 micro differential pressure sensor/transmitter can be used to measure differential pressure or gauge pressure, with outputs of 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, or can be specially designed for other outputs. Model 168 has an accuracy of ± 1.0% FS, ± 0.4% FS, or ± 0.25% FS at room temperature. The temperature compensation range is -18 to 85 ℃, and the temperature effect is less than ± 0.05% FS/℃.
The Model 168 has a high cost performance ratio and is widely used in HVAC, environmental pollution control, clean engineering, medical instruments and equipment, oven pressurization and furnace pressure control, natural gas and gas pipeline monitoring, underground ventilation, and power plant pressure monitoring.
