The AS100 series AC servo system consists of a fully digital AC servo driver and a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. The AS100 AC servo drive adopts a 32-bit high-performance digital signal processor (DSP), a very large scale programmable gate array (CPLD), and an intelligent power module (IPM/SPM), with high integration, compact structure, complete protection function, and high reliability. The control software integrates advanced current control technology, optimal PID algorithm, and optimized filtering algorithm to ensure high dynamic response and adaptability of the servo system, meet a wider range of application requirements, and achieve comprehensive performance leading level of similar products in China.
