Product Introduction:

The integrated air supply outlet adopts a closed design to prevent internal gaps or side leaks, thus achieving strict requirements for clean air quality. Its advantages of simple appearance, light weight, and disposable design make it suitable for industries such as hospital operating rooms, laboratories, manufacturing, electronics, film and fiber optic equipment, and food processing factories.

Closed structure:

The integrated air supply outlet adopts a closed structure and has been tested to prevent seepage between the inlet and outlet. The standard air inlet adopts a diameter of 250-350mm, a fixed diffuser plate, a circular pipe joint, and a protective mesh at the downstream to protect the high-efficiency filter material.

Efficient filter:

Choose from the following two high-efficiency filters:

HEPA high-efficiency filter - minimum efficiency of 99.99% at 0.3um

ULPA Ultra High Handover Filter - Minimum Efficiency of 99.995% at 0.12um

Leak detection and/or scanning testing:

All high-efficiency filters must pass leak testing. Ultra efficient filters are leak detected using a laser spectrometer, while also measuring filter efficiency and wind speed distribution
