2、 Working principle

HTGF typeAdditive flowmeterIt is detected through the sensing coil in the signal amplifier installed on the watch case. The signal amplifier is not in contact with the measured medium. When the gear of the transmitter cuts the magnetic field lines generated by the magnet inside the housing, it will cause changes in the magnetic flux in the sensing coil. The sensing coil sends the detected magnetic flux periodic change signal to the preamplifier, amplifies and shapes the signal, generates a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, and sends it to the unit conversion and flow integration circuit to obtain and display the accumulated flow value. At the same time, the pulse signal is also sent to the frequency current conversion circuit, which converts the pulse signal into an analog current and indicates the instantaneous flow value.

3、 Product advantages and features

(1) The circular gear flowmeter has strong anti-interference ability during operation, and its excitation and motor lines are both equipped with single core shielded wires to reduce interference and improve signal cleanliness, thereby enhancing measurement accuracy.

5、 Precautions for installation of circular gear flowmeter

1. The installation location of the transmitter on site should avoid environments with high temperatures, large mechanical vibrations, strong magnetic field interference, and strong corrosiveness as much as possible. It should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain and repair.

2. The transmitter should generally be installed horizontally, and the sensor must be securely mounted on the assembly with screws. If vertical installation is necessary, the liquid direction must be upward. The liquid should fill the pipeline without any bubbles.

When installing the accessories of the transmitter, the centerline of the base should be aligned with the centerline of the pipeline, and the sealing gasket at the connection should not protrude into the liquid

4. When installing a flow control valve, it must be installed on the downstream side of the sensor.

5. When installing sensors on new pipelines, it is recommended to install a filter upstream of the transmitter to prevent impurities from entering the transmitter.

6. In order to avoid affecting the normal transmission of liquid during maintenance, a bypass pipeline should be installed at the installation site of the transmitter.

7. The magnetic field and similar interference sources near the gear flow transmitter may affect the sensor's signal pickup. The connection between the transmitter and the display instrument should use a shielded cable with metal, and the shielding layer of the transmission cable should be grounded at one point on the display instrument end.
