Aerospace Recycling Gripping Test System - JZXTLike two huge robotic arms, they are installed on both sides of the launch frame, like two flexible "chopsticks". When it completes the task and returns to the ground, it will automatically adjust its attitude and slowly fly towards the sky above the launch pad. At the moment it approaches the launch pad, these robotic arms will precisely extend out, like chopsticks gripping dumplings, carefully gripping the huojia and allowing it to land steadily on the launch pad without the need for it to struggle to land on its own. This device is actually a high-tech 'claw machine'. It relies on the following scientific principles:

(1) Calculation: The robotic arm must calculate the flight speed, direction, and altitude of the huojian, adjust its position in a timely manner, and ensure that the "chopsticks" can catch the huojian. It's like the claw of a claw machine needing to aim at the head of a doll.

(2) Attitude control: During landing, Huojian needs to adjust his angle and speed to slowly and straight slide down. Just like when you throw basketball, you need to control the angle and strength of your arms to ensure that the ball can enter the basket.

(3) Feedback system: Both the huojian and the robotic arm are equipped with sensors that can quickly respond to environmental changes. Once the huojian deviates slightly from the predetermined track, the system will immediately correct it to ensure that it is docked with the "chopsticks".

2、 Technical parameters

1) Actuator: with a through-hole diameter of 60mm and modular design.

2) Rated thrust of actuator: 500kN;

3) Load sensor: high-precision spoke load sensor;

4) Load measurement range and resolution: 4% -100% FS, load measurement resolution: 0.1kN;

5) Load measurement accuracy: ± 1% of the displayed value within the range of 4% to 100%;

6) Load rated stroke: 200mm;

7) The angle resolution of the tilt sensor is higher than 0.01 degrees;

8) Rated speed of actuator: 2.5mm/s;

3、 Static electro-hydraulic servo loading actuator

1. 20000kN vertical electro-hydraulic servo loading actuator, thrust: 20000kN, tension: 6000kN; stroke: 600mm. (± 300mm);

2. The main frame is horizontally loaded with an electro-hydraulic servo actuator on one side, with a thrust of 6000kN and a tension of 4000kN; the stroke is ± 400mm.

4、 Control system

1. A set of multifunctional mechanical loading control system software and controller, with main functions including constant stress control, constant displacement control, and constant deformation control, and can set certain cyclic steps. And it can achieve shock free switching between multiple control modes, realizing fully automatic closed-loop control. At least four steps can be taken to control displacement, load, stress, and holding time.



2. The end conditions for the experimental steps can be selected from: load value, displacement value, deformation value, stress value, strain value, load attenuation rate, load increment, displacement enhancement, deformation increment, stress increment, strain increment, attenuation load value, etc. After reaching these conditions, the experiment will automatically stop and data and curves will be automatically recorded,



3. The software has the function of visualizing experimental data, and can display real-time time history curves, hysteresis curves, numerical values, and structural vibration animations during the experimental process.
