Aggregate Strength Tester

1、 Product Introduction:

Aggregate Strength TesterUsed to determine the performance of crushed stone or gravel that can withstand the crystallization pressure of sodium sulfate without significant damage or strength reduction after multiple soaking and drying cycles in a saturated sodium sulfate solution, it is a method for measuring the strength (also known as stability) of stone materials.

2、 Technical parameters:Aggregate Strength Tester

(1) Container: Double layer stainless steel heated constant temperature container.

(2) Coarse aggregate three legged mesh basket:

The outer diameter of the mesh basket is 100mm, the height is 100mm, and the aperture is 2.36mm

The outer diameter of the mesh basket is 250mm, the height is 250mm, the aperture is 2.36mm, and it is made of stainless steel.

(3) Fine aggregate three legged mesh basket:

The net basket has an outer diameter of 70mm, a height of 70mm, a hole diameter of 0.15mm, and is not made of copper.

(4) Power supply voltage: 220V

(5) Temperature should be maintained within the range of 0 ℃ to 100 ℃ (adjustable)

3、 Operating instructions:

Firstly, according to the specifications, prepare the solution in the insulated bucket. Set the 'soaking temperature gauge' to 22 ℃ (with a dial of 22.0). Set the 'Function Switch' to '20' hours. The 'lifting frequency meter' has already been set at the factory and does not need to be set. The 'soaking time meter' is set to 20 hours (with a dial of 1959). Press the 'power switch' and 'heating switch'.

At this point, the 'soaking temperature meter' starts working, while other meters do not work. When the temperature reaches 25 ℃, the instrument emits a buzzing alarm and automatically enters the lifting state. At this point, the 'lifting frequency meter' begins 25 lifting cycles, and after the cycle is completed, it automatically turns on the 'soaking time meter'. After 20 hours of insulation, the machine stops and completes the first test.

3. When entering the next cycle, set the 'soaking time meter' to 8 hours (dial 0759) (i.e. wait for 4 hours of drying and soaking for 4 hours), press the 'reset button' to restart. After drying for 4 hours, soak for another 4 hours and complete the first and second soaking. When entering the next cycle, refer to this section for the subsequent cycles.
