Kassel air-cooled screw chiller can be adjusted from 5 ℃ to 35 ℃ for normal temperature type and from -40 ℃ to 5 ℃ for low temperature type. It can be divided into chiller and hot water machine. The machine has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, low noise, simple operation, and long service life. Using air as a circulating medium, it does not require water consumption, is suitable for water scarce areas or places with high requirements for the surrounding environment, and is environmentally friendly. Due to the use of air cooling, the installation of cooling towers and cooling water pumps is omitted, making the system relatively simple. It can be directly placed outdoors on the roof, saving space in the computer room. The unit can provide -5-5 ℃ ethylene glycol aqueous solution (10% concentration) and 5 ℃ -15 ℃ chilled water, which can be used as the host for ice storage, low-temperature air conditioning, and various other places with chilled water requirements above -5 ℃. It can also provide 30-52 ℃ hot water heating. It is widely used in central air conditioning systems and various industrial refrigeration processes to meet the cooling and heating needs of enterprises in various places, improve product quality, and reduce enterprise costs.
The heat recovery unit in the Kassel air-cooled screw chiller has added heat collector technology on the basis of the standard model, fully recovering the sensible heat in the compressor exhaust, so that the equipment can not only meet the needs of the above cold sources, but also provide additional high-grade hot water for domestic and heating use.
