The main factors causing material aging are sunlight, temperature, and humidity. The weather resistance test chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew. The weather resistance test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Artificial accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, modify existing materials, and evaluate how changes in formulations affect product durability

Temperature and humidity operation control system:

1. Heating: Using nickel chromium alloy finned electric heater with non-contact control method.

2. Humidification: Stainless steel electric humidifier for humidification, with contactless switch control mode.

3. Cooling: The cooling device consists of a heat exchanger, compressor, booster water pump, blower, and flow control valve. Using air cooling method, the temperature inside the box and blackboard is automatically closed-loop controlled by a temperature controller. The high-pressure blower fan directly blows air to cool down the lamp tube, effectively reducing the temperature in the central area of the lamp tube.

4. Air circulation device: The built-in circulation air duct effectively exchanges heat through a high-efficiency long axis ventilation fan, enabling rapid temperature dynamics inside the chamber. By improving the airflow of the air, the air flow rate and the heat exchange capacity of the heater and air cooler are increased. The temperature uniformity of the test chamber is greatly improved by adjusting the air outlet with adjustable air plugs.

5. Control and regulation method: Balanced Temperature and Humidity Control (BTHC) is adopted, which controls the output of the heater through PID automatic calculation based on the set temperature point when the cooling system is working continuously, ultimately achieving a dynamic balance.

Radiation operation control system:

1. Light source: Full solar spectral long arc air-cooled xenon lamp.

2. Fulu Illumination Control: A closed-loop control loop is formed through xenon lamp radiation intensity and control instruments to adjust the xenon lamp radiation intensity flexibly.

3. Radiation measurement: Fiber optic transmission is used to avoid affecting the accuracy of radiation measurement due to changes in indoor temperature and humidity.

4. UV irradiation sensor: It can make timely corrections to the decrease in light energy caused by lamp aging or any other changes. The irradiation sensor allows you to select appropriate light irradiation during the testing process. The irradiation sensor can continuously monitor the intensity of light irradiation in the irradiation room, and accurately maintain the irradiation intensity at the operating set value by adjusting the power of the lamp tube.

5. Exhaustion Reminder: The software system has added an irradiation endurance function. System power failure does not affect the endurance results. When the irradiation reaches the predetermined service life of the lamp, it can automatically remind the user to measure or replace the lamp.

6. Optical filtration system: borosilicate and calcium sodium glass materials, adjust the corresponding type and quantity of filters according to the testing requirements that are met; Combining the characteristics of infrared, ultraviolet, and window glass, special optical filter glass is used to simulate indoor and outdoor solar radiation environments. Multiple combinations for manual replacement, easy and convenient to replace.

Sprinkler and rainfall control system:

1. Rainfall device: A nozzle with a conical spray perpendicular to the sample surface is used, and the rainfall intensity and period can be freely adjusted.

2. Equipped with multiple nozzles, the rain exposure time can be programmed for control, the rainfall interval (interruption) can be adjusted, and the rainfall intensity can be adjusted: 10 ± 5mm/h to 100 ± 20mm/h. To simulate the rainfall conditions of the external natural environment.

3. Spray cycle * is controlled by the program and can be carried out with or without light.
