Adopting a 30 segment program PID intelligent digital temperature controller for temperature control and adjustment, equipped with an additional overtemperature meter, dual row digital display, brand new digital display, intelligent control technology, time setting, programmable heating and cooling, can reduce visual reading and human operation errors, greatly improve work efficiency, button setting, overtemperature alarm, PID self-tuning, overtemperature power-off stop heating function.

3. All other electrical appliances are produced by legitimate manufacturers for electrical control. The control box is equipped with a work indicator light, which can display the working condition and faults of the electric furnace.

4. The furnace is made of precision welded stainless steel plates, which do not rust and keep the furnace clean. It does not deform at high temperatures and is resistant to thermal shock.

5. Equipped with an air motor and a centrifugal air wheel at the top of the furnace chamber, it operates in a forced air flow mode with high air volume circulating up and down (left and right) on all sides. It is also equipped with inlet and outlet valves that can adjust the air flow rate to make the temperature inside the furnace more uniform.

6. Exhaust gas treatment device: The high-temperature exhaust gas purification device adopts the treatment method of high-temperature combustion cracking. The exhaust gas is drawn out by a fan and passes through a high-temperature pipeline at a certain temperature inside the pipeline. The defatted exhaust gas is decomposed and purified, and discharged outdoors to achieve environmental protection.

7. Explosion proof system: There is a mechanical explosion-proof door at the rear of the electric furnace, which meets safety standards and avoids unnecessary industrial disasters. The explosion-proof door automatically stops heating when opened, effectively controlling the protection of the electric furnace from damage caused by high air pressure.
