The SunYuan DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L series products are newly developed by Shunyuan Technology as programmable analog signal to PWM pulse modulation wide current control isolation transmitters. They can isolate and convert analog signals such as 4-20mA/0-20mA/0-5V/0-10V output from sensors, instruments, and transmitters into PWM pulse modulation power amplification control signals, and achieve PWM frequency programmable output. The product is embedded with an MCU microcontroller for AD input conversion control, and the output control design is divided into MOS transistor drain open type (OD gate) passive PWM high current control output method DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L1 series and active PWM voltage pulse width control output method DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L2 series. The product adopts the standard DIN35 guide rail installation method, which is low-cost, small in size, easy to use, and highly reliable. The SunYuan DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L1 series drain open circuit passive PWM high current control output method is mainly used in control situations where the receiving port of the load itself is an active receiving port, and the receiving port is equipped with a pull-up voltage and current limiting resistor. It is required to connect the transmitter current in suction distribution mode. When the MOS transistor has an open drain, it can draw a current of 0-1A, and the amplitude of the PWM pulse width signal output voltage is determined by the external pull-up voltage. Products with open drain passive PWM output mode can achieve analog signal input terminal/PWM output terminal/auxiliary power supply 3000VDC, triple isolation.

The SunYuan DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L2 series active PWM voltage pulse width control output method can be used to directly drive high-power passive loads, such as stepper motors and precision temperature controlled heaters. The driving current can reach 0-1A and has strong load capacity. The amplitude of the PWM output voltage is determined by the module power supply voltage, so products with this output method can only achieve isolation between the analog signal input terminal/PWM output terminal and the auxiliary power supply. The auxiliary power supply and PWM output terminal are grounded, and users can choose the corresponding output method product according to their on-site usage needs.

SunYuan DIN 1X1 ISO U (A) - P-D-L series products integrate multiple highly isolated DC-DC power supplies, analog signal isolation amplification and conversion circuits, programmable MCU, signal isolation control circuits, etc. in the same module, which is especially suitable for AD conversion isolation and transmission of industrial field analog signals, as well as the occasions where field bus, Ethernet Internet of Things, PLC/DCS upper computer collect and analyze multiple sensor signals. The high-efficiency DC-DC isolated distributed power supply integrated within the product supplies power to the internal input conditioning circuit, micro microcontroller AD conversion circuit, and output signal isolation circuit. The SMD process structure and new technology isolation measures enable the device to achieve 3000VDC isolation between analog signal input and auxiliary power supply, PWM signal output, and meet the requirements of industrial grade harsh working environments with wide temperature, humidity, and vibration.

Note: Open drain output refers to the connection of the MOS transistor drain to the output. When using a passive receiving port, a pull-up resistor needs to be added and connected to the power supply with the required voltage amplitude. The size of the pull-up resistor should be selected according to the customer's own current needs; RS232 communication mainly involves changing the frequency, which can be connected to the RS232 interface of a computer or converted to a USB interface by adding a chip. The frequency of the PWM signal can be left unconnected without changing it.
