The data obtained from Phascl2 testing will generate the above figure. The number in the upper left corner indicates that this device has four levels (in order to clearly understand the different levels, this figure can be converted into Figure 3). The first one is the impedance value of the adhesive layer under the chip, followed by Tau which is the completed testing time. The sum of the impedance values of the four levels is the thermal resistance value of this device. And every turning point indicates that heat has entered a new level. The data at each level will indicate the quality of heat dissipation from different layers of the device. For similar products from different manufacturers, we can choose manufacturers with very good thermal resistance values; At the same time, it can also detect the differences in quality between different batches of products from the same manufacturer, in order to evaluate the stability of the manufacturer's production process.
