5. Unique strong convection atmosphere circulation design (the guide seat, inner bucket, convection bucket, and furnace cover form an efficient atmosphere convection circulation system)
6. The uniformity of temperature inside the furnace is good (the temperature difference is within ± 5 ℃ after 60 minutes of constant temperature), and the hardness uniformity of the wire after spheroidization annealing treatment is good.
7. Using nitrogen and methanol decomposition gas as protective atmosphere, the annealed wire is free of oxide skin.
8. The use of strong air coolers has accelerated the temperature drop at the end of the process, effectively improving production efficiency.
9. Computer monitoring system, capable of recording temperature history curves; Process formula writing 'storage' call; Real time monitoring of the working environment; Can access historical craftsmanship materials at any time; You can directly control the super work on the computer.
10. Used in conjunction with an infrared gas analyzer to automatically control the carbon potential of the furnace atmosphere.
11. The main electrical components of the automatic control system are imported products, such as PLC programmable controllers (Japan), microcomputer temperature controllers (Japan), SCR thyristors, relays, contactors, and non fuse switches (Taiwan).
Automated foolproof operation, up to 99 sets of wire spheroidization annealing process formulas can be set at once, and each operation only requires selecting the formula corresponding to the wire, without being affected by human factors.
