Anti secondary impact ball drop testing machine
Product Introduction:
The drop ball impact testing machine is a device used to test the impact resistance performance of materials or products, widely used in the impact strength testing of materials such as plastics, building materials, ceramics, coatings, as well as in the fields of electronic products, automotive components, packaging materials, etc. Apply instantaneous impact force to the sample to obtain the required impact energy to destroy the material, and conduct impact comparison tests on the same material.
Product features:
This machine places the test product on the test bench, drops a steel ball of the specified weight freely from the specified drop height onto the product, impacts the product, and then inspects the appearance and various performance aspects of the product.
This device is designed according to the "6.10 Falling Ball Impact Peeling Performance Method" of the "GB9962-1998 Safety Glass Materials for Building - Safety Glass Performance Specification and Test Methods", and meets the requirements of impact testing for building safety interlayers.
Reliability testing standards: JIS R3205:1989, ISO/DIS125421 12543-6:1997 AS/NZS2208:1996
GB9962-199、GB/T13520、GB/T14485、GB/T8814、GB/T 21661-2020
Secondary impact prevention instructions: The testing system uses a touch screen and PLC communication to control the motor driven suction ball and electric component lifting, and cooperates with a distance measuring device to control the height.
After the steel ball is released, it impacts the test surface. If it bounces up again, the device can automatically grab the steel ball through sensor detection.
