Application of Microwave Online Moisture Meter

The applied sensor, microprocessor technology, and digital signal processing technology can adjust the type, temperature, and correction range, set upper and lower limit alarms, output control signals, RS485/RS232 remote signal transmission computer, optional output of 0-5V or 4-20mA measurement/control signals.

HYD-ZS online moisture analyzer is applicable to paper, grass, wood (fiberboard, particleboard), chemicals (detergents, soap powder, fertilizers), synthetic fibers, grains (rapeseed, grains), feed, tea, food (flour, starch, milk powder, soybean powder), metallurgy (quartz sand, cement), coal, kerosene, paper, petroleum, gasoline and other substances.

The HYD-ZS online moisture meter can continuously detect the moisture content of the tested substance during operation, and is equipped with a moisture alarm system. When the moisture content reaches or exceeds the preset moisture level, an alarm is triggered and controlled according to the program. Suitable for continuous moisture measurement in the production process of paper mills, cardboard box factories, packaging factories, chemical factories, pharmaceutical factories, coal factories, and cement factories.
