Artificial Three Defense Test ChamberIt is a multi-purpose high and low temperature test chamber equipment developed and produced by our company, which is suitable for reliability testing of industrial products at high and low temperatures. In the current test chamber industry, high and low temperature test chambers are more suitable for the performance indicators of various components and materials of electronic and electrical, automotive and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, higher education institutions, scientific research units and other related products under high and low temperature cycling changes, in order to facilitate the inspection of product quality and defects.

The box body is processed and formed by CNC machine tools, with a beautiful and elegant shape, and uses non reactive handles, making it easy to operate. After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value. The high and low temperature test chamber adopts a multi wing fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners and ensuring uniform temperature distribution in the testing area. The temperature control output power is calculated by a microcomputer to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency electricity efficiency. R404A and R23 are started during cooling, and only R404A is started during dehumidification. Some high and low temperature test machines have a capacity of 100 programs, 100 segments per group, and 999 steps per segment. The maximum value set for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes. Generally, the high and low temperature test chamber controller has an automatic screen saver function to better protect the LCD screen during long-term operation.

The standard configuration of the high and low temperature test chamber includes 1 set of glass windows, 2 test racks, 50mm test lead holes, AC220V or AC380V ± 10% 50 ± 0.5Hz three-phase five wire system, nickel chromium alloy electric heating fin heater, with a temperature range controlled between -20 ℃/-40 ℃/: -60 ℃/-70 ℃~150 ℃.
