Product Usage
One end of the test piece is bent back and forth as the inner side, and the other end is bent back and forth as the outer side. When the test piece is damaged, the number of bends is recorded. This machine is suitable for thin leather materials such as shoe uppers, clothing, and bags.

Test method for leather scratch resistance tester:
（1） First, prepare the leather or material to be tested and cut it to a length of 70mm and a width of 45mm.
（2） Align the fixture on the leather scratch resistance testing machine with the fixture below.
（3） Then put the material that was just cut on the leather scratch resistance testing machine.
（4） Turn on the main power and set the number of tests to be conducted.
（5） The leather scratch resistance testing machine will automatically shut down after reaching its limit, without the need for manual shutdown.
（6） After the leather scratch resistance testing machine stops, take out the material to see if there is any damage.
