Product details:
The seam fatigue tester is a desktop computer with 2 working positions, used to evaluate the tear resistance of textile or leather seat materials or the elongation of seam pinholes. Each test position includes a pair of corresponding fixtures for fixing the sample, and a height ruler is used to set the distance between the fixtures at each test position to 140mm.
Place the sample on the gripper, adjust the position of the left and right grippers to ensure that the testing spacing of the sample meets the standard requirements, set the number of testing cycles, and when starting the test, the reducer drives the middle gripper to perform reciprocating motion. The left and right side clamps are connected to a 3kg load, and the middle clamp performs reciprocating motion. The proximity switch connected to the counter records the movement cycle of the clamp, and the test stops when the set number of cycles is reached. Characterize the fatigue resistance of material joints by measuring the changes in the seam opening at the joint.
