The vibration signal sampled by the sensor is linearized and normalized by the transmitter, and then directly output as a 4-20mA signal. The integrated bearing vibration transmitter eliminates the need for a transmitter or instrument, reduces wiring and installation steps, and lowers the failure rate. It modularizes the filtering, signal normalization processing, signal output, and other functions of the traditional external preamplifier and instrument parts, enhancing system integration, reducing size, and improving reliability. This product adopts low-power devices and circuits, built-in acceleration chip, two-wire output, to improve stability and service life.
