Product Introduction:
CBF explosion-proof axial flow fan is a special ventilation equipment used in various high-risk areas. Our company aims to solve the problem in hazardous gas areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2; Fans can be used in explosive gas or vapor environments of Class IIA and IIB T1 to T4 groups.

This series of products consists of explosion-proof motors, blades, ducts, and other departments. The blades are made of aluminum die-casting, and the ducts are processed and welded from steel plates and profiles. Both steel pipe and cable wiring are available, and grounding screws are installed outside the casing. This fan has low noise, low energy consumption, and excellent performance.

In addition to being used for ventilation and exhaust, it can also be installed in series at intervals in longer exhaust pipes to increase the pressure inside the pipes; Different in structure and material from civilian fans, but with similar uses, it can be divided into wall mounted explosion-proof axial flow fans, pipeline explosion-proof fans, post type explosion-proof fans, and fixed explosion-proof fans according to installation methods. It can be divided into 220V and 380V according to usage functions.

Installation, use, and maintenance:
1. Before installation, check whether the basic data listed on the product label matches the actual usage conditions.
2. The product should be reliably grounded.
3. Regardless of the type of wiring, the sealing ring of the introduction device must be tightened.
4. During installation and maintenance, it should be ensured that the electrical clearance inside the wiring chamber is not less than 8mm and the creepage distance is not less than 10mm.
5. During maintenance, the front power supply must be cut off before opening the cover.
6. During installation and maintenance, the explosion-proof surface should be protected and coated with 204:1 anti rust oil.
7. The sealing ring of the introduction device is made of oil resistant rubber 301, which has a certain Shore hardness. If users find it aging during use or maintenance, they should contact our company to place an order and replace it in a timely manner to ensure explosion-proof performance.
