DBQ-S phase failure protector is a commonly used protector for railway control AC electric switch machine motors. In the past, the phase failure protector used a three-phase current transformer induction potential control transformer 380/24V mode. After rectification output, its characteristic was that the output 24V DC voltage was relatively stable, and the output voltage after phase failure was 0V, which could effectively function as a phase failure protector. However, the DBQ-S type phase failure protector has changed the internal working principle of traditional phase failure protectors. For phase failure protectors that are constantly charged with 24V voltage, high quality requirements are placed on DC output transformers and complex electronic circuits. Once a fault occurs, it is likely to cause the wrong output of DC 24V voltage, causing the JWXC-1700 safety relay to not release and resulting in accidents.

Main features of the product:
1. The relay is a heavy-duty DC electromagnetic relay, which uses the principle of "constant gravity" to force the closing contact to disconnect when the coil is powered off.
2. Using silver silver cadmium oxide contacts, it has strong anti adhesion and low contact resistance.
3. The magnetic circuit adopts electromagnetic pure iron material with small residual magnetism, and a stopper is installed at the closure between the armature and the iron core to ensure a small air gap in the magnetic circuit, prevent the ferromagnetic parts of the magnetic circuit from magnetizing, and ensure the reliable dropping of the relay.
4. The front coil of the relay is a short-circuit coil enclosed by a diode, without a rectifier unit. The AC power supply is directly connected to the coil and has a certain lightning protection function.
5. The relay contact system consists of ordinary contacts, with four sets of common contacts for dynamic connection and dynamic disconnection conversion.
6. Relays should be used in conjunction with isolation transformers to adjust the system current to ensure reliable operation and release of the relay, and to ensure that the lamp terminal voltage meets the specified adjustment range.

Mechanical characteristics of relays:

a) The contact gap shall not be less than 0.6mm.

b) The front contact pressure shall not be less than 150mn (15gf).

c) The pressure at the rear contact point shall not be less than 150mn (15gf).

Electrical characteristics of relays:

a) Rated current ac2.1a.

b) The working value is not greater than ac1.5a.

c) The release value shall not be less than ac0.35a.

d) The contact resistance of the relay should not exceed 0.05 Ω when passing a current of 100ma.

e) Under the standard atmospheric conditions of the experiment, its insulation resistance should not be less than 100m Ω;

f) The insulation withstand voltage of the relay should be able to withstand AC sine wave voltage of 50Hz and 1000V effective value voltage under the condition of air pressure not less than 86kPa (equivalent to altitude below 1000m), and there should be no breakdown or flashover phenomenon after 1 minute. The voltage value during repeated testing should be 75% of the original test voltage value.
