Product Features
1. This product is a flameproof structure, with a welded steel plate shell and a surface coated with electrostatic spraying;
2. Equipped with high breaking miniature circuit breakers or molded case circuit breakers, AC vacuum contactors, motor protectors, voltmeters and other components, it has overload, short circuit, undervoltage, phase loss, leakage and other protection functions.
3. Both incoming and outgoing lines are equipped with spark free explosion-proof plug-in devices, and have clear equipment tag number indicator boards. The indicator boards are made of 304 stainless steel plates bent and polished, with a beautiful, elegant and practical appearance.
4. The explosion-proof surface adopts special processing methods, embedded with oil resistant aging silicone "0" - shaped sealing rings, to achieve a protection level of IP65 for the box body, in order to solve the problem of rainwater entering the traditional explosion-proof box for outdoor use, and to eliminate the complex and ineffective measures of traditional rainproof covers.

1) This series of enclosed busbar trunking has excellent short-circuit resistance performance. Due to the protection of the aluminum (or weak magnetic steel plate) shell, it can effectively reduce the structural heating caused by eddy currents or circulating currents, lower the temperature of the enclosed busbar shell, reduce electrical energy loss, increase current carrying capacity, and reduce electric force.
2) This series of enclosed busbar trunking structures is advanced, and installation and maintenance holes can be freely set at the upper or lower part of the enclosed busbar. For high current indoor enclosed busbars, ventilation louvers are installed on both sides and the lower part of the shell to enhance heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise.
3) The use of double insulation and multi-point connection grounding of the shell significantly reduces maintenance workload and improves safety performance.
4) The use of corrugated pipe expansion joints is simple to install and allows for adjustment of two degrees of freedom in both horizontal and vertical directions. 6) The heat transfer of enclosed bus ducts mainly relies on thermal radiation. In order to make good use of thermal radiation, light gray paint is sprayed on the outer surface of the enclosed bus to reduce the absorption of visible light; Spray black paint on the inner surface of the enclosed busbar to enhance the radiation of internal heat to the shell and prevent corona.
