② The rolling surface of the steel ball of the nut is ground and precision machined

The nuts used for rolling ball screws are also ground and precision machined, just like precision ball screws, to ensure good durability and smooth motion performance.

③ Low price

After precision rolling, the screw shaft is subjected to induction hardening or carburizing hardening, and finally subjected to surface special grinding and other manufacturing processes. Compared to precision ball screws that have undergone spiral groove grinding, the price is very cheap.
