The BXY-250 precision blood pressure monitor is mainly used for precise measurement of human blood pressure and for testing single tube mercury column blood pressure monitors and blood pressure gauges.

Usage

If there are doubts about the accuracy of the blood pressure monitor, an accurate mercury column blood pressure monitor or blood pressure monitor can be used to calibrate it together. The method is to remove the "Y" - shaped tube from the stethoscope, and connect an accurate blood pressure monitor (sphygmomanometer) and a calibrated spring type sphygmomanometer at both ends. The third end is connected to an arm strap and an air valve. Using the same pressure, observe whether the readings of the blood pressure monitor to be calibrated and the accurate blood pressure monitor (sphygmomanometer) are the same. If they are different, it means that the calibrated blood pressure monitor is no longer accurate. If the readings are the same and there is only a deviation in the zero position, it does not affect actual use. If the pointer of the blood pressure gauge cannot return to zero position, do not adjust the screw without authorization to avoid damaging the movement inside the gauge. At this time, the blood pressure gauge should be sent to the manufacturer or designated service department for repair.
