The bag dust monitoring device uses AC coupling technology, which is a modern and rigorous and stable monitoring technology, especially suitable for continuous emission recording and data accumulation. The working principle is to use the charge induction generated by the flow of dust particles around the probe to confirm the online emission amount (mg/sec) or emission concentration (mg/m3) of dust particles. Under relatively stable combustion conditions (i.e. at the same emission point, there are no significant changes in flow rate, temperature, pressure, humidity, and particulate properties), this product is directly calibrated and used for online monitoring of emission concentration.

During the transportation of gas-solid two-phase fluids containing dust particles, the collision and friction between dust particles and dust particles, as well as between dust particles and the inner wall of pipelines, will cause the dust particles to carry charges and form an electrostatic field. When charged dust particles pass through the measuring electrode, positive and negative charges are induced by the measuring electrode, and the charges form a current signal during the transfer motion; The magnitude of this AC signal is directly proportional to the mass content of dust. By further amplifying and processing this electrical signal, the dust concentration (mg/m3) can be measured.

1. By using communication coupling technology, the detection sensitivity of dust is high, the linearity is good, and dust contamination of the probe does not affect the measurement sensitivity. It is maintenance free and requires no cleaning.

2. Standard two-wire 4-20mA current output, strong anti-interference ability, easy long-distance signal transmission, no special requirements for signal transmission wires, linear relationship between output current and dust concentration, convenient for subsequent PLC data processing.

3. The installation and use are completely consistent with the two-wire pressure transmitter, and on-site engineering and technical personnel can use it correctly without any special training. The installation is convenient and the operation is reliable.

Installation precautions:

(1) The sensor base and length dimensions are provided by the manufacturer, and the base has a hole size of φ 32 ± 2mm in the pipeline.

(2) Please use 0.75mm2-1.5mm2 ordinary twisted pair cables for transmission wires (in environments with particularly strong interference, please use shielded twin core cables and ground the shielding layer well).
