Battery thermal shock testerThis machine can be used for stress testing of mold shells at high temperatures, as well as thermal (impact) abuse testing and heating testing. This series of equipment is one of the commonly used devices in high temperature testing, temperature shock testing, various baking and aging experiments. It is suitable for electronic instruments, materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, and various electronic components to test their performance indicators and quality management in temperature environments. The thermal abuse test chamber is also known as the battery thermal shock test chamber, battery high temperature test chamber, etc.

LCD microcomputer intelligent PID temperature controller with multiple sets of data display, menu style operation interface, simple and easy to use, precise temperature control with small fluctuations.
It has functions such as temperature correction, over temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc.
Adopting the developed air duct circulation system, the water vapor inside the box is automatically discharged, eliminating the hassle of manual adjustment.
The surface of the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate using spray coating technology, and the inner liner is made of high-quality stainless steel with a four corner semi-circular arc design that is easy to clean. The spacing between the shelves inside the box can be adjusted.
The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is fiberglass insulation material, with a thickened insulation layer for good insulation effect and less heat loss in the inner container.
High quality sealing material is used between the box door and the door frame, which has good heat resistance, aging resistance and sealing performance.
By using high-quality motors and blades, as well as a reasonable air duct and circulation system, the temperature uniformity in the working room is minimized.
The box adopts a circulating air duct, consisting of a multi blade centrifugal fan and a circulating air duct. The stainless steel electric heating tube heat source located inside the box supplies air to the working room through the air duct. After circulating in the working room, it is sucked in through another air duct to form circulating hot air, thus achieving uniform temperature in the working room.
Adopting nickel chromium alloy stainless steel electric heater, it heats up quickly and has a long service life.
