Installation of vibration sensor:
1. The VS type sensor adopts a sealed structure and comes with a protective cover. Except for environments with particularly high temperatures, there is no need to install a protective cover on the outer layer of the sensor in other situations.
2. Installation position: In principle, it is required to be installed in the position where vibration occurs during normal operation. A standard ordinary thread of M10 × 1.5mm with a depth of 10mm should be drilled into the installed tile cover. The sensor should be fixed to the measured point with a double headed screw of M10 × 1.5mm at the bottom of the sensor. During installation, the sensor must be kept horizontal or vertical to ensure its proper functioning.
3. The sensor shielding layer is single ended grounded, and it should be suspended and not connected to any part of the sensor, including the housing, to effectively avoid interference with the sensor.
4. During installation, attention should be paid to the connection of sensor connectors to avoid strong twisting or collision of wires.Directly install it in the original position where the preamplifier was placed
